Cheery Haru — a Degen Dojo fighter on Solana. Traits: Chicken Bones, Orange Afternoon, Degens, Black Yakuza Sleeves, Cheery Haru, Shirtless Runt, Tiger Headband Ruffian, Frightened Fugu, Mint.
Worn as trophy or warning — nobody is quite sure which. The Chicken Bones fighters have a ceremony for everything and share it with no one.
Between midday and dusk. The Orange Afternoon fighters are in the middle of something — not finished, not starting, exactly where they need to be.
The foundation. The crowd. The 2,426 who showed up and kept showing up. Degens are what the Dojo is built from — not the rare exceptions, but the persistent presence.
Organization ink made visible. The Black Yakuza Sleeves fighters belong to something — a code, a history — and they advertise their membership without speaking.
春 — spring. Relentless optimism in a market built to test it. Was groped inappropriately in front of the shoji doors. Still cheerful.
